Please be careful in your selection of styles, color choices and size preferences. Custom Made To Order items are designed according to your specifications. All sales are FINAL on Custom Made To Order products. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
We will issue a credit or refund on Ready to Wear items and other products (excluding Custom Made To Order) that are returned in original condition if mailed back within 7 days. We will issue a credit for those products returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise not returned within this time frame will not be eligible for credit or a refund.
Julie Smith Accessories reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged or mishandled.
For your protection, you should always return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method.
